02: Crosby Road footpath gate
**The issue**
Gate at the end of Crosby Road before the open space and footpath keeps getting damaged and needs to be improved.\

The gate itself if responsibility of LHP.
**Status and progress**
The gate is LHP responsibility and LHP are progressing this. Discussions being had with PC Jamie Steel (Designing out crime officer at Humberside Police) about improvements. Fabricators for new gate are being contacted. Plans are being made – led by LHP – to replace the gate. Note that this will be the third time the gate has needed to be replaced.
**Barriers and obstacles**
Cost. Getting the right gate design in place.
