**Issues, Actions, points of discussion, projects, ideas being tracked. Anything that the Forum is actively discussing…** Residents and partners connecting to the South Ward Forum (either at meetings or online/email/word of mouth) are always raising issues about their area. The Forum tries to capture each key action and start doing something about it. Sometime the Forum team or partners can get on with tackling the issue; moving it forward; solving it. Sometimes an issue requires investigation, or simply needs an answer providing. Some issues need to be watched and reported back on, or some are larger projects where we’ll need to see whether a whole project needs to be undertaken. But we try to ensure that we capture the issues and actions, report back during meetings and keep the community updated. The Forum cannot solve everything (we’re volunteers and largely unfunded). What we do promise to do it to keep issues moving forward so that residents have their say and know that something is happening.
