**The issue** Since it was setup in 2024, the South Ward Forum is simply an informal group of partner organisations and residents.\ The intention is to formalise the group further.  First step will be to put a Constitution together outlining how the Forum will operate.  Bank account or other paperwork might need to follow.  Some form of formalisation might help with future funding approaches to help South Ward residents. **Status and progress** A draft constitution has been prepared.\ Role descriptions for various roles need to be prepared (Action for Karl Elliott)\ We need to recruit further residents into the group and ideally onto a committee.
