**A space for discussions specifically about NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH.** Neighbourhood Watch is managed nationally by [Ourwatch](http://www.ourwatch.org.uk "Ourwatch") - the National Neighbourhood Watch Network.\ Use of the Neighbourhood Watch brand and logos is limited to approved Neighbourhood Watch Groups only. In North East Lincolnshire, Karl Elliott at [VANEL](http://www.vanel.org.uk "VANEL") is the Multi-Scheme Administrator (MSA) for Neighbourhood Watch - essentially the point of contact for Neighbourhood Watch and the approval authority for the area.
