Venues

Across North East Lincolnshire there are community centres, village halls, church halls and various community and public spaces. Some of these are very small with the occasional social group and some are open daily providing a huge range of services to their communities. But often residents don’t know about a community venue that might be near to them, so this space is partially about raising the profile of community venues so that more people are aware about them. And sometimes someone might need a space for a meeting or to start up a new group - maybe we can help connect people to places. I’m sure eventually this space will include every venue across North East Lincolnshire - but for now we’ll be adding to it bit by bit. But this space is also for venues to promote what they are up to. Or to ask questions about running their space - maybe someone has an answer or can offer advice. Note: At present Karl and Liz from VANEL are adding information to this space as part of our Rural Neighbourhood Networking programme. This means we’ll largely be focusing on the rural wards of North East Lincolnshire first. Any venues can be involved in this space, but unfortunately we’ll be doing rural first.
